Taking steps to live a healthier lifestyle? Committing to it can be challenging, but with pop-ups like The Local Scene: Where Health and Lifestyle Meet going mainstream, shopping for healthy goods is not just simple, it can be pretty fun, too.

But don’t take our word for it. Here are some snippets from last month’s pop-up at Santolan Town Plaza. Take a peek:

Patches of greenery and all-natural pieces breathed life into the space.

Not only could patrons support responsibly sourced, all-natural products from Pinkie’s Farm, they got to help them recycle bottles, too!

Health nuts made a beeline for guilt-free goodies from Veganola, and Just Go Low Carb.

While those easing themselves into a healthy lifestyle found alternative comfort food in MSG-free savory pastries from Ching Nam Hong Cakes and Pastries, homemade dishes from Kitchen A, and Puro’s Taba ng Talangka, which boasts only 18 calories per teaspoon.

Early Christmas shoppers got their hands on meaningful gifts in the form of bags from Simply Beautiful. These export-quality bags were handwoven Typhoon Yolanda survivors.

Oh, and we need to talk about the solid perfume tins from Baum and healing crystals from Which Craft. Don’t they make such charming presents?

Almost a hundred lucky shoppers got freebies, like this adorable tote.

Plus, visitors got to lounge around before and after checking out stalls.
